Founders' Story
After leaving our corporate careers, we saw a gap in our own rural community — hardworking business owners who needed help but couldn’t afford to hire full-time staff or didn’t know where to start. They were exhausted, doing everything themselves, and falling behind not because of lack of effort — but lack of support.
We knew we could change that.
So we created B.O.S.S. (Business Outsourcing Services and Solutions) — a local, hands-on business that brings big-picture thinking and day-to-day execution together under one roof. We’re not consultants who hand you a list and walk away. We’re your in-the-trenches team. The people you call when you need a spreadsheet fixed, a website launched, an employee onboarded — or just someone to talk strategy over coffee.
