That Support Your Business — Your Way
At B.O.S.S., we don’t offer one-size-fits-all packages — because no two businesses are the same. We take the time to understand your needs and build a support plan that actually works for you. Whether you need help once a month or every day, we’ll create a custom structure that fits your business, your schedule, and your budget.

How it Works
Here's How We Work With You
Step 1: Lets Chat
You reach out — phone call, email, DM, whatever works. We’ll schedule a time (face to face if possible) to hear what’s going on in your business and where you could use support.
Step 3: We GetTo Work
Once you give us the green light, we jump in. We’re hands-on, communicative, and invested in your success — whether we’re reconciling your books, designing a website, or helping you hire an employee.
Step 4: You Breathe Easier
With B.O.S.S. in your corner, you can finally focus on the parts of your business you want to do — knowing the rest is in good hands.
Questions? We've Got Answers.
Do you offer set packages or monthly plans?
Yes and No. We tailor everything to your business. Some clients work with us weekly, others quarterly — we’ll build a plan that fits your needs and budget. Some do choose to be on a monthly set plan that works for them.
How much do your services cost?
It depends on the type of work and how often you need us. Bookkeeping is usually billed hourly, while marketing and HR projects are quoted based on scope. We’ll always talk through pricing with you before getting started.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. Most of our work is flexible. We believe in earning your trust month by month — no pressure, no pushy commitments.
Can you work with my existing tools or software?
Yes! Whether you’re using QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Canva, or sticky notes (yep, we’ve seen it), we’ll meet you where you are.
What if I don’t know exactly what I need?
That’s totally okay. A lot of our clients start with “I just need help.” We’ll talk it through and figure it out together.
